1. About the Service

Alloc ("Service") is a personal finance management application that retrieves account balance information from connected bank accounts via open banking interfaces.

2. Open Banking Data Access

By using this Service, you authorise it to access your payment account information through open banking interfaces. Specifically, the Service requests:

  • Account balances — current and available balance amounts
  • Account details — account holder name, IBAN, currency, account type

The Service does not request access to transaction history, payment initiation, or any other account data beyond what is listed above.

3. Data Access

Account information is retrieved through a licensed open banking intermediary that acts as a technical pass-through. The intermediary does not store, cache, or process your data beyond delivering it to this Service.

4. Consent and Authorisation

Access to your bank accounts requires your explicit consent, granted through your bank's authentication process. You authenticate directly with your bank — this Service never receives or stores your banking credentials.

Consent is valid for up to 180 days depending on your bank's policy. You will need to re-authorise access after the consent period expires.

5. Revoking Access

You may revoke access to your bank data at any time by:

  • Revoking consent through your bank's online banking interface
  • Contacting the Operator at the email address listed below

Upon revocation, the Service will no longer be able to retrieve new data from the affected accounts. See the Privacy Policy for details on deletion of previously stored data.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Bank data retrieval depends on the availability of your bank's interfaces and the open banking intermediary, neither of which is under the Operator's control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service, including but not limited to inaccurate balance information, service interruptions, or unauthorised access resulting from circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control.

8. Modifications

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service interface. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
